Homeowners are welcome to attend the Board meeting but may not interrupt the meeting. Please note the following:

• This is a business meeting of the Board of Directors. If you have a topic of discussion you want to bring to the Board’s attention in person, please contact the Community Manager, Vanessa Burch, at least 3 business days in advance of the meeting.
• The Board of Directors will excuse homeowners to adjourn to Executive Session to discuss confidential matters. For this meeting, those matters will include homeowner delinquencies, fines and legal action.

It’s time for the annual tree trimming project. Western Landscape will be in the community beginning the week of February 3rd through February 7th to thin, prune and lift the tree limbs in the front yards and common area trees (weather permitting). Please do not park any vehicles in the driveway to avoid potential damage.

Tree maintenance inside the fenced in backyard is the homeowner’s responsibility and expense. Backyard trees must be kept cut back several feet from the buildings, the roofs and neighbors’ yards and should not be hanging over outside of your own fenced in yard. Since Western Landscape will already be onsite, they will be able to provide a discounted rate for their services; but you must request a quote at no later than January 29, 2020 to allow ample time for estimating and scheduling.
