It’s time for the annual tree trimming project. Western Landscape will be in the community beginning the week of February 3rd through February 7th to thin, prune and lift the tree limbs in the front yards and common area trees (weather permitting). Please do not park any vehicles in the driveway to avoid potential damage.

Tree maintenance inside the fenced in backyard is the homeowner’s responsibility and expense. Backyard trees must be kept cut back several feet from the buildings, the roofs and neighbors’ yards and should not be hanging over outside of your own fenced in yard. Since Western Landscape will already be onsite, they will be able to provide a discounted rate for their services; but you must request a quote at no later than January 29, 2020 to allow ample time for estimating and scheduling.
