Several tree trimmings/branches were discovered in the greenbelt. disposing of any trash and/or debris in the greenbelt or in any other common areas is strictly prohibited in the Townhomes of Tuscany Square Community. These actions cost the HOA thousands of dollars which ultimately will cost each homeowner more money.

If you have a tree on your property behind a fence, I have tree company recommendations for you that will give you a fair & competitive price.

If you are aware of anyone disposing of anything in the greenbelt or common areas, please let me know.

Also, there has been multiple reports of trash receptacles being left out beyond the pick-up day. Please store your trash cans out of sight on non-pickup days.
