Pool Opens June 1

After careful consideration, the Townhome of Tuscany Square Board of Directors has decided to open the community pool on Tuesday, June 1, 2021. In order to enjoy the pool this summer the HOA needs everyone to follow the below COVID guidelines.

A waiver will be required to be signed per household in order to use the pool. The enclosed waiver can be completed and sent to Margarita Sanchez by fax at 972-991-6642 or email m.sanchez@sbbmanagement.com.

Please DO NOT open the pool gate for anyone. Access into the pool must be done by use of the pool key. This is for the safety and protection of the neighborhood and the HOA.

Pool monitors will also be at the pool at varying scheduled times to enforce the pool rules. Please be considerate of your neighbors and adhere to the pool rules and the Covid guidelines. If following the rules/guidelines becomes a problem, the pool may have to be closed.Thank you for your kind cooperation!
