HOA Assessment/Dues Reminder

This is just a reminder the 2nd quarter assessment is due on April 1, 2021. Assessments are due on the 1st of each quarter (January, April, July and October) and late fees are applied at the end of each month if there is a balance. Please make sure to pay your balance as the HOA does report to the credit bureau. If you need a payment plan, you can request one. Click Full Story for more information.

As always you can log on to the SBB portal to view your account and see your account balance. You can also make a payment and set up automatic payments.
