Notice of Roof Work on 4 Buildings

Please be aware the below 4 buildings with be having roof work done starting on Thursday, August 6, 2020 and the entire project is expected to take 1 to 2 weeks to complete. The work will be done from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm and should have minimal noise. You do not need to take any action but please notify any occupants of the project. The roofers will be hand sealing some of the roof shingles. Mostly you will notice ladders on the building and roofers walking around. Click Full Story for more information.

1. Building 6: 5308, 5332, 5356, 5380, 5404, 5428, and 5452 Alderwood Dr.
2. Building 9: 10300, 10312, 10324, 10336, 10348, 10360, 10372, and 10384 Summit Run Dr.
3. Building 14: 10147, 10155, 10163, 10171, 10179, 10187, and 10195 Summit Run Dr.
4. Building 24: 9875, 9887, 9899, 9911, 9923, 9935, and 9947 Wake Bridge Dr.
