Pet Reminder

We have received complaints that some dog owners are not picking up after their pets. Please be aware owners are required to pick up after their dogs every time regardless if it is big or small. Dog waste has been found in residents’ yards, common areas and sidewalks. We have even had reports of people throwing dog waste over their fence and into the open space. This is unacceptable. The HOA provides pet waste stations in the community for your convenience. Pet owners please take a moment to read the below rules and city ordinances and make sure you are adhering to them. • Dogs must be on a leash when outside of the home or fenced in yard
• Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of properly (you also cannot leave it inside of your fenced in yard)
• Keep dog barking to a minimum (occasional barking is normal but excessive or continuous is not)
• All dogs must be registered with the City of Frisco and be current on their vaccinations (i.e. rabies)
If you are leasing your home, it is your responsibility to notifying your tenants of the rules.
