We need your contact information! The HOA will be replacing the roofs and gutters on all townhomes in the community later this year due to hail damage to the roofs. Our office needs current contact information for all owners and residents so that we can easily get in touch with everyone with details about the upcoming roofing project.

Our office needs current contact information for all owners and residents so that we can easily get in touch with everyone with details about the upcoming roofing project.

Please complete the attached homeowner and tenant information form and return it by email to d.jakus@sbbmanagement.com or by fax to 972-991-6642 in the next ten (10) days. Also, it is the owner’s responsibility to communicate project details to your tenants.
